But J - the survey URL link must be 'hyperlink' so that an easy way for others to just click it and it straight away takes viewer to that survey site.
If you just display it like that, viewer has to copy and paste the whole set of URL into their web address bar. If they missed copied one character of it, they cannot surf that survey site.
Simple thing, highlight the whole set of the survey URL link abd click 'insert link' icon.

2. Sign In
3. "Add Subscription" located on the top-left;
3a. Click "Add Subscription" and add up your blog URL - once done, next
3b. Click "Add Subscription" and add up your niece's SURVEY URL link.
Google will carry whatever you added.
Similarly to any site you want to add at "Google Readers", like what I did hush hush hush to help Digital Bhoomi, I never bother any newbie be my referral or not. I want to see DB grow and glow. My little noble works.
