I love to see old black/white Tamil movies on telly, do u know why? neither today nor tomorrow can u see such pollution free roads with very very lil traffic, a bus here, a cycle there and a taxi or 2 here....no sights of huge gigantic lorries or water tankers, no autos trying to squeeze between cycles, no potholes gaping at passers by...... u shd see the broad mount road area esplly near LIC in movies like anubhavi raja anubhavi.... villages with beautiful fields and flowing rivers and lovely waterfalls....
SIGH...what have we all done to eliminate such beautiful things from our lives? future generations will not even be able to imagine such things. we seem to be at the peak of a very fast life where time is running out for everyone. no one has the time nor patience to stand and admire nature any more...and nature is also being slowly "killed" by us....
we shd all try to end this killing cos when nature takes its revenge on us (which has already started......bihar floods recent one), we will have to plunge from our peak fast. energy conservation, rain water harvesting, forest and wild life preservations.....such means shd be adopted seriously and sincerely by each one of us in whatever ways we can. even creating an awareness about all these will lend a helping hand to saving our world for our future generation.
Happiness lies within you...
